TL;DR
Getting your bearings
Nimmanhaemin Road has numbered side lanes, called sois. One Nimman, the shopping and arts complex, is at Soi 1; Think Park is at the corner with Huay Kaew Road, and the MAYA mall is across Huay Kaew from it. Siri Mangkalajarn Road runs alongside Nimmanhaemin, and its lanes have their own numbers, so "Soi 7" can mean either road. The Tourism Authority of Thailand points remote workers to its coworking spaces and describes its cafés, galleries, shops and restaurants. Nimman is 2.4 to 3.1 km from Tha Phae Gate in a straight line.

Closing time is not the last booking
A shop that closes at 11pm will not start a two-hour massage at 10.30pm. If you want a late session, call ahead and ask for the latest start time.

Getting there
From the Old City, Grab shows the fare before you book; Chiang Mai University's 2025 visitor guide puts most city rides at 60 to 200 THB, and a shared red songthaew at 30 to 50 THB per person. Nimman itself is compact: the furthest two venues on this page, DN Wellness at the north end and Varalee on Siri Mangkalajarn Soi 7, are about 760 m apart in a straight line.
