What each tier charges, venue by venue
Budget: under 400,000 VND
The cheapest published 60-minute body massage at any well-reviewed Hoi An spa is Traditional Spa & Massage on Tran Nhat Duat in Cam Chau: 290,000 VND, or 430,000 for 90 minutes, with hot stone at 330,000 and a facial at the same price. It prints a higher list price alongside, but the lower figure is permanent. Agarwood Spa is the budget option inside the heritage zone at 370,000 VND for 60 minutes and 260,000 for a 40-minute foot massage; SuNam on the night-market islet does a 60-minute foot massage for 260,000 and a body massage for 380,000.
Mid-range: 400,000–650,000 VND
This is where most of the town's biggest independents sit. The Castle Spa on Ly Thuong Kiet has the most complete grid: aroma 420,000 / 570,000 / 770,000 VND for 60 / 90 / 120 minutes, deep tissue from 450,000, Thai from 480,000, hot stone from 450,000. White Orchids, the most-reviewed independent in Hoi An, charges 450,000 for a 60-minute aroma massage and 470,000 for hot stone. Rosey Spa does a 60-minute Vietnamese massage with hot stone and aroma for 400,000; Myno and An Bang Spa both charge 450,000 for 60 minutes and around 600,000 for 90. Blue Gift prints a 460,000 list price and sells the same hour at 320,000.
Premium independents: 550,000–1,000,000 VND
In the Ancient Town core, Nachi Spa charges 550,000 VND for a 60-minute Vietnamese massage and 580,000 for deep tissue, with hot stone and aroma at 780,000 for 90 minutes. Citrus Health Spa in Cam Chau is therapy-led (cupping, shiatsu, Ayurveda) at 550,000–560,000 for 60 minutes. Herbal Spa Hoi An prices from 630,000 for its foot balance and herbal aroma journey, 970,000 for herbal cupping and 1,350,000 for four hands. Serene Spa on Hoang Dieu, the most-reviewed premium garden spa in town, lists its 90-minute signature at 1,080,000 and four-hands from 1,380,000.
Resort spas: 930,000 VND and up
La Spa at La Siesta publishes a full list: relaxation massage 930,000 VND for 60 minutes, tension relief 1,000,000, hot stone 1,100,000, a foot treatment 840,000, and a four-hour spa day at 4,070,000. The Anantara's most recent public list (2022, so treat as a floor) put a 60-minute massage at 1,500,000 and its 90-minute signature at 2,100,000, with service charge and tax included. Whether the beach resorts on Cua Dai sell treatments to non-guests is not stated on their sites; phone first.
The Ancient Town premium
Location is the biggest price variable in Hoi An. The same 60-minute Vietnamese massage is 290,000 VND on Tran Nhat Duat in Cam Chau and 550,000 VND a fifteen-minute walk away inside the heritage zone. The Cam Pho ring of big independents to the west and north of the old town, and the An Bang beach spas, sit in between and most of them will drive you there and back for nothing.
Free pick-up is the norm, not a perk
Rosey, Golden Rose, Myno, Traditional Spa, Blue Gift, Citrus Health, SuNam, Sandy Hill, An Bang Spa and Best Spa all advertise free pick-up and drop-off anywhere in Hoi An, most with no minimum for two or more guests. Several add a free Da Nang leg on a qualifying booking: Blue Gift from 1,500,000 VND, Traditional Spa over 1,000,000, Rosey and Myno for two guests booking 90 minutes or more, White Orchids on a complimentary shuttle. With a free hotel bicycle in one direction and the spa's car in the other, getting to a treatment costs nothing.
Tipping in Hoi An
Tipping is not built into Hoi An prices and not mandatory; the venues say so themselves. Art Spa's own guide suggests 20,000–50,000 VND per therapist. Wise puts spa tipping in Vietnam at 10–15% of the treatment. Some reviewers report tipping 100,000 VND at the premium spas. The one recurring complaint in Hoi An reviews is being pressed for more at the till after tipping, so decide your number before you pay and hand it over as a settled amount.

Hoi An is cheaper than Da Nang at the top of the market (its resort tier starts around 930,000 VND against Da Nang's 1,500,000) and level with it in the middle.
